“The spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch was truly a highlight of my stay. The grotto is an adult-only area that I found to be very peaceful and relaxing. I tried the oxygen bar as well, which is a fantastic remedy for altitude sickness. I appreciated that after my initial visit, I could return to the oxygen area at no extra cost. Disappointing Dining Experience

“While I found the atmosphere of Wyld restaurant to be inviting, the food presentation left much to be desired. For instance, I ordered an omelet that arrived solo on an oversized plate, without any sides like toast or fruit. It felt like a missed opportunity for what you would expect from such a premier hotel. Though the in-room dining staff was friendly, it was disheartening that the quality of the meal didn't match the hotel's reputation.” view full review

“One of the most enjoyable features for our family was the variety of children's activities available. The fireside s'mores were a hit with my kids, and there was also a designated family hot tub which made it a special spot for us to unwind together after a long day. “We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, which was really convenient for our family. The bedroom provided ample space, and the gas fireplace added a cozy touch that made our evenings enjoyable. However, the layout of the common area felt a bit tight. This resort has a stunning setting and beautiful property, but my experience was marred by some serious service issues and disappointing food quality. While the facility itself is impressive, the attentiveness of the staff and the management's oversight left much to be desired, which is unfortunate for a place of its caliber.
